A shop is listed after the owner confirms a few facts and a person at Booqer reviews them. The public record for a listed shop is at /v.
What the owner confirms
Email
The application email receives a private link. Opening that link confirms the mailbox.
Phone
A text or call code is used when a provider is already configured. Until then, the phone stays pending.
Business
Legal name, the name customers use, website, Google Business profile, service area, trades, and the services offered.
License
Optional. A shop may continue with no license on file. A Florida document number is checked against the public Sunbiz search when that page answers. A license from another state is recorded and is not checked against a public registry from this form.
Insurance
Optional. The shop can email the document to brian@booqer.ai. Until it is reviewed, insurance stays pending.
Website
The owner can publish a DNS TXT record, or receive a code at an address on that domain. A Google Business link can be saved. Neither step is required to submit.
Hours and booking rules
The owner sets when the shop can take requests. A request waits for the shop to approve it. Booqer does not collect payment on a booking.
Calendar or CRM
Optional. The shop can give a webhook address. Booqer creates a signing secret for that shop alone.
Attestation
The owner signs that the information is accurate.
What Booqer does next
Booqer reads the checks and approves or declines. Approval creates the shop page, the verification record, and an email with those links.
A verification record shows what was checked. “No license on file” means the shop did not provide a license number.
