Booqer is a booking intermediary. Booqer takes a request and passes it to a shop. Booqer does not perform the shop's work.

Each shop listed on Booqer is an independent business, separate from Booqer and from every other shop, and is responsible for its own work. A page for one shop does not bind Booqer or any other shop.

Applying to the founding pilot does not create an agreement to provide or receive any service. Booqer may accept or decline any application.

Booking states

A request moves through these states:

• Request received: Booqer has your request.
• Time held: Booqer is holding the time you asked for until the shop confirms it.
• Pending approval: the shop must approve the request before anything is scheduled.
• Confirmed: the appointment is confirmed.
• Declined or expired: the shop declined the request, or it was not confirmed in time.

A request can also show that it needs a new time, or that Booqer could not deliver it to the shop. Neither is a confirmed appointment.

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. A held time or a pending request is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when Booqer provides an explicit confirmation generated through the applicable booking process. For some offerings, the shop has chosen to confirm bookings right away; Booqer then shows the booking as Confirmed when it is booked.

Sending a request is not the shop's promise to do the work.

Booqer does not collect money on a shop booking.

Booqer makes no warranties.

Florida law governs these terms.

Changes to these terms

Booqer may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Using Booqer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
