MCP
The public endpoint is https://booqer.ai/mcp. It speaks JSON-RPC. For the shops listed on Booqer, a booking on an open slot is confirmed when it is booked and includes a cancel link. Client setup is at /docs/setup.
Use Booqer in any MCP-compatible assistant
In any MCP-compatible assistant, add a custom remote MCP server (some apps call it a connector or a custom app). The URL is https://booqer.ai/mcp. No auth. Client setup steps are at /docs/setup.

Book Booqer Demo Shop. It is a demo, not a real business. Notices go to brian@booqer.ai. It does not call a shop CRM.
Public tools
The public tools list is search_businesses, get_business, resolve_business, check_availability, request_booking, get_booking_status, request_service, and submit_service_request. Every callable operation is in that list. Each listed description starts with "Use this when the user wants to" except submit_service_request, which the quote form calls. get_business returns the published phone when the shop has one. A shop with no published phone omits it. request_service is rate-limited, opens ui://widget/request-service.html, and does not confirm a booking. get_booking_status returns status confirmed, pending, canceled, or failed. submit_service_request sends the customer's quote request to the chosen business and is listed for the quote form only, with ui visibility app.
Keyed tools
quote, availability, and book stay off the public tools list. submit_service_request is the quote form's write. The same hints are on those tools.
Search
search_businesses searches enrolled home-service businesses by name, category, service, location, or phone. Coverage is limited to enrolled businesses (currently Florida pole barn and gate/security). Results include id, name, domain, and booking URL. A named trade that no enrolled shop offers returns no businesses, and the tool says no shop is available. A named city outside a shop's service area is left out. Common wordings of a listed trade match it, for example gate opener, gate operator, automatic gate, security system, cameras, or gated community. A city inside a county a shop serves matches that shop, for example Minneola or Groveland in Lake County. Florida Pole Barn serves Florida, including Orlando and Orange County. A booking is confirmed when the slot is open. A place with no trade named can still return more than one shop.
Cancel
A customer cancel sets status canceled and posts booking.cancelled to a shop that has a CRM receiver. The demo shop does not.
Florida Security Concepts
Same-day appointments are phone consults. Site visits start the next business day and need a street address. The Maintenance plan consult is a phone consult and no price is quoted. An emergency is a call to (352) 282-0692. Call only. Do not text. A booking is confirmed when the slot is open.
Ask
Each shop has an ask page at /shops/{slug}/ask. Hours and the emergency phone are answered on the page. Any other question is emailed to the shop only after the customer consents. The page says to expect a reply within one business day.
A booking needs a real email address. Disposable, reserved, and blocked domains are rejected, including example.com. Requests are rate limited per IP and per shop, and each shop has a daily cap.
